I later progressed into executive and governance roles, including turnaround leadership, joint-venture management, and internal control in complex, regulated, and capital-intensive environments.
A significant portion of this experience was acquired through hands-on executive roles in Central and West Africa, with sustained exposure to state participation, discretionary regulation, politically sensitive licences, and cross-border shareholder conflicts.
